Jonathan Burrows and Matteo Fargion present their duet trilogy at PACT Zollverein during the symposium EXPLORATIONEN 09. The first part – ›Both Sitting Duet‹ – is a fascinating and intense dialogue between gesture, music and dance, which was awarded the ›Bessie Award‹ in 2004. Choreographer Jonathan Burrows is considered one of the most prominent figures in contemporary dance in Great Britain today.
