Services offered:

Earls boarding
Advance admission to the stage area. The offer is aimed at people who may require the opportunity to experience the conditions of the venue in advance and to find a suitable seat in relation to their own needs.

Relaxed Performance
With relaxed performances as part of our accessible services, we would like to welcome all visitors for whom sitting still for long periods in performance spaces is a barrier. This includes, for example, autistic people, people with Tourette's, learning difficulties or chronic pain. The goal is to create a more relaxed event atmosphere. The service is offered at selected events and includes, among other things
- The relaxed performance is announced before the start of the event
- Noises and movements from the audience are welcome
- Visitors can leave and return to the auditorium at any time

Audio description
Selected performances take place with audio description. Audio descriptions make performances accessible for blind and visually impaired people. In the audio description via wireless headphones during the performance, the events on stage are described. This gives blind and visually impaired people access to the visual elements of a work: movement, gestures, facial expressions, stage design, costumes and props are described.

There can also be a tactile tour Before the performance, a touch tour can be offered. During a touch tour, blind and visually impaired people can explore the stage space by touching it. After a detailed and precise description of the objects in the space, the participants can touch them one by one.

Sensory Stimuli:

Information on sensory stimuli can be found directly on the respective event pages.

Gastronomy

Delicious food and drinks both before and after our performances, as well as during our platforms and symposia, have always been an integral and welcoming part of the PACT experience. After bidding farewell to Wims Kochwerk at the beginning of the year, we are delighted to embark on a new culinary journey with Malte Colsman. Having grown up in gastronomy and with recent culinary stations spanning Spiekeroog and Italy, he is looking forward to introducing his own personal signature and flair to our kitchen.

Currently in best PACT tradition, he's already serving a fine assortment of light meals, snacks, and beverages from our newly restyled foyer bar in accompaniment to each of our performances. But that's just the beginning! Stay tuned for more delectable updates soon!
