PERFORMED LECTURE IN ENGLISH

7pm

RYBN.ORG present their project ‘Dataghost 2’ in the form of a performed lecture. The project reveals the mysticism within network communications as well as hidden messages buried within data traffic. A daemon installed on a server catches incoming and outgoing raw data and decomposes and recomposes it according to the hermeneutic principles that govern the Kabbalah.

Founded as a web entity, RYBN.ORG is an extra-disciplinary artistic research platform which explores diverse fields such as economics, data mass analysis, perverted artificial intelligence, disrupting auto-learning, language and syntaxes, sensory perception and cognitive systems. Their projects look at codified systems in artistic representation as well as socio-politic and physical phenomena.

LIVE HAPPENING

8pm

HOOD will generate a Live Happening that will involve the people present at this particular time and use materials already in the space, whilst bending the perception of what a Live Happening actually is and can be, that will involve the people present at this particular time and use materials already in the space, whilst bending perceptions of what a Live Happening is and can be, that will involve the people present...

Comprised of former members of the Forsythe Company, the artist collective HOOD considers how contemporary art and performance can be utilized to reevaluate normative positions in the world or initiate new generative practices in art making, knowledge production or social and political action.
