With the festival ›20 years – 20 days‹ Raimund Hoghe, one of the leading protagonists of the German and European dance scenes and long-term collaborator of Pina Bausch, looks back over the last two decades of his creative career. Taking place in three cities ›20 years – 20 days‹ opens at PACT Zollverein with an expansive programme including four productions, an exhibition of photographs by Rosa Frank and the launch of a new book about Hogue’s work published by Katja Schneider and Thomas Betz . In addition to this Hoghe and his artistic collaborator Luca Giacomo Schulte, will exhibit elements from Hoghes’s stage works in new contextual settings throughout the building.
The festival ›20 years – 20 days‹ is supported by the Kunststiftung NRW, the Ministry for Families, Children, Youth, Culture and Sports of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, the Office of Cultural Affairs of the State Capital of Düsseldorf, the Foundation for Art and Culture of the Sparkasse Düsseldorf, the Sparkasse Cultural Foundation Rheinland and the NRW Cultural Department Wuppertal.
