Video-Cityportrait: Belgian media artists, Berlin, have built a tent out of red plastic sheets: ›Is Moscow a circus?‹ Interviews with people glide across six screens, people who live and work in the Russian metropole. A young married couple complain about Putin’s family policies, and at a trade fair for millionaires, women bathe in hundred dollar notes. Sorry relics of military parades and destroyed hopes, on every corner history lurks. Accompanied by a string quartet and pianist, Berlin present their portrait of the city.
