Workshop: How To Fufu?

Fufu is eaten in many regions of West and Central Africa, and the ingredients and method of preparation vary depending on origin, family and region. In this workshop, we’ll explore these traditions: which types of fufu do you know? How is fufu prepared where you come from? We’ll get talking, cook fufu from cocoyam and prepare a variety of sauces. Everyone is welcome, whether you'd like to share your own experience or discover fufu for the first time.
