Andros Zins-Browne
Welcome to the Jungle

  • Fri 07.12.12 19 h
  • Sat 08.12.12 19 h

American choreographer Andros Zins-Browne latest production is inspired by the potential implications of the ecological term »global weirding« used to describe increasingly unpredictable global weather.

In collaboration with perfumer Laurent-David Garnier, and scenographer Erki De Vries, Zins-Browne creates a jungle of sensory impressions given over into the control of 12 children: mirrors, light, smells, mist, temperature fluctuations, wind and vibrations create an immaterial yet nevertheless sensorial parcours for the audience. What’s inside, what’s outside, what is a body and what is a reflection?
