A MAGICAL STORY ABOUT FRIENDSHIP, TRUST AND SOLIDARITY

Does the cat invariably have to be the eternal baddie, with the owl a stickler for rules and the mouse perennially afraid?

The story is based on a traditional Sanskrit tale: cat, owl, lizard and mouse live in the broad roots of a banyan tree. Although predators and prey, they manage to live together peacefully. However, their delicate balance is shaken when the cat falls into a trap and only the mouse can save it.

The puppet dance show ›The Cat Who Wanted To Change Her Tale‹ tells a magical story of trust and solidarity in contrast to the laws of nature, accompanied by an Indian-inspired soundtrack.
