In a trance-like state, a body moves through a dark room, hypnotically negotiating the contrast between space and sound. Acclaimed choreographer Christos Papadopoulos has won international attention for his highly precise works. With ›Landless‹, Papadopoulos and Georgios Kotsifakis have created a minimalist, pulsating evening that explores the relationship between the physical body and space. In ›OPUS‹, Papadopoulos dissects the form of Johann Sebastian Bach’s instrumental music and contrasts it with the corporeal rhythm of his choreography.
