This year PACT is holding the third edition of the international interactive symposium IMPACT which is aimed at young artists, academics and journalists working in the fields of dance, theatre, the fine arts and new media.
IMPACT07 looks at artistic standpoints and strategies that test the limits of specific genres in order to push conventional boundaries, deconstruct and reassign contexts and create spaces to explore the reading of meaning.
This year’s contributing guest artists are the performance group Forced Entertainment (GB), artist and cartoonist Olav Westphalen (DE/US) and filmmaker and media artist Werner Nekes (DE).
