Omar Jatta is shaking up the German Afrobeats and Amapiano scene like no other: the Afro-German artist with roots in Gambia and Senegal combines Afrobeats, Amapiano, and Afro Drill with conscious lyrics in German and Mandinka. His songs are about heritage, attitude, and life in the diaspora. His music is critical, empowering, and danceable at the same time. With his debut EP “Sprachlos” (2024) and performances at Summerjam and Ruhr Reggae Summer, he has established himself as a fixture in the scene. His song “Wo ich herkomm” has already become an anthem for many of his fans. Omar Jatta shows that message and moves can be perfectly combined – between depth, stage show, and genuine vibe.

After the concert, Adjovi invites everyone to while away the evening together with a DJ set. Adjovi is a DJ based in Essen. She discovered her love of music as a child. Creating DJ sets opened up a new dimension for her, in which she can convey emotions through music and create special atmospheres. Her selection is a mixture of neo soul, alternative R&B, and Afro fusion, characterized by sounds that inspire and connect.
