What connects theatre and philosophy? Why do thoughts require interpretation and in reverse, why is every form of interpretation philosophical? Answers to these questions are better put to the test in practice than in abstract theory. In lectures and discussions, held both in and out of doors and while walking or even lying down, experts in art, philosophy and science explore together with the public the potential in contemplating culture. During 6 hours, space, time and different media build a panorama that allows for an element of fun in in-depth thought. When words transform themselves and other things and each conversation changes the world, philosophy is a multifaceted and highly enjoyable practice.

Pause for thought whenever you like. Happy Hour Cocktail prices. Snacks and hot meals available throughout from the Plato Bar.

JETLAGNO.3 is realised by PACT Zollverein and the Siemens Arts Program in collaboration with the Goethe-Institut
