An afternoon full of flavor and encounters: Jon, the head and heart behind muntukitchen, invites you to a Community Cooking at PACT!

Chef Jon's cuisine is deeply rooted in the memories, movements, and flavors of his Cameroonian heritage. Growing up surrounded by West African traditions, he learned early on that food carries history and creates community. Over time, Caribbean influences and European techniques were added, which continue to shape his culinary style to this day. At the community cooking as part of ›WerkStadt goes PACT‹, participants will have the opportunity to chat with each other while chopping, cooking, and feasting together, and to experience community through sharing. The exchange will be moderated by spoken word artist and writer Orliane Kamwa Kemadjou.

The afternoon will be accompanied by Clarisse Akouala, who will create with coffee a warm moment of arrival and space for exchange and tranquility before the evening transitions into the concert with Omar Jatta.

Seats are limited for the Community Cooking. We kindly ask you to register by emailing werkstadt@pact-zollverein.de.
