FAQ - Call For Proposals IMPACT
Are only individual applications accepted, or can groups apply as well?
An invitation to IMPACT is generally extended to individuals or up to two representatives of a project or group. In the case of a group application, a second person may be named in the application, as we can invite a maximum of two representatives per group.
Are only 15-minute spoken presentations allowed, or are artistic contributions also permitted?
Artistic formats that incorporate, for example, performative or audiovisual elements are accepted as alternatives to a spoken presentation, as long as they are not technically too complex and stay within the time limit. For fairness' sake, we ask everyone not to exceed the 15-minute time limit.
In which language should the application form be filled out – German or English?
It would be helpful to submit your application in English, as our call for proposals is aimed at an international group of participants, and the assemblies we are organizing here will be held in English.
What an invitation to Impact26 includes
To participate, you can submit your contribution through the online application form. If selected, you can share and discuss your work with other international contributors during IMPACT26’s assembly (with remuneration). Travel costs will be reimbursed and local accommodation will be provided.
Accessibility
We would like to make the stay as accessible as possible for all invited IMPACT-participants. To help us meet individual access needs wherever we can, we kindly ask applicants to share any access needs in the "Access Needs" section of the online application form.
