Killa Schütze

Killa Schuetze is a Peruvian-German photographer who lives and works in Frankfurt, Berlin and Essen. Through photography, she reflects on the definition of objecthood in the context of Western and non-Western forms of knowledge - and the associated implications of power. From an archaeological stance, she encounters systems that arrange themselves into subjects and objects and questions them in terms of their power relations.
