Andrea Bozic

Andrea Bozic is a Croatian choreographer based in Amsterdam. She earned a degree in Comparative Literature and English language in Croatia and completed her dance studies at the School For New Dance Development in Amsterdam in 1999. In 2004 she graduated from Dance Unlimited, an MFA programme in movement research and new media at the Theatre School Amsterdam. Her work is mainly cross disciplinary and includes performance, installation and short film. She has presented her own work and collaborated with video artists, sound artists and makers in Holland, Belgium, Slovenia, Germany and Croatia. She is interested in research and reflecting on performance practice and is the artistic leader of the BE, agency for promotion, development and research into hybrid and new media work based in Amsterdam.Recently, Andrea Bozic has shown two productions: It's Me But I'm No Longer There, a performance with no performers and Ways To Multiply Yourself, which premiered in September 2005 in Amsterdam at the Gasthuis theatre where she is based. In these projects, she collaborated closely with video artist, Julia Willms, and sound artist, Robert Pravda.

Julia Willms

Julia Willms studied Visual Communications at the Academy of Fine Arts in Maastricht and Media Art at the University for Applied Arts in Vienna. She has taken part in several group exhibitions and collaborated on performance projects with sound artists, per-formers, composers and choreographers such as Chris Haring and Arteom Denissov. She makes site specific video installations and is especially interested in what happens on the borders between spaces.
