Stefan Kurt was born in Bern, Switzerland. After completing his education at the conservatory for music and theatre there he was discovered during a guest performance in Bochum by Jürgen Flimm who brought him to the Thalia Theater in Hamburg where he spent nine years (1986-1995) as part of the ensemble. Alongside his theatre career he has worked extensively in film and television and was awarded the Adolf-Grimme-Preis for his roles in Schattenmann (1995) and Gegen Ende der Nacht (1997). Stefan Kurt has also directed for the theatre and composed music for stage and CD. David Moss is considered one of the most innovative singers and percussionists in contemporary music. He has performed his solo work all over the world and worked with Sir Simon Rattle, Hans Neuenfels and composer Olga Neuwirth . In 1991 he received a Guggenheim Fellowship; in 1992, a DAAD Fellowship (Berlin). Moss is the co-founder (with Muziektheater Transparant) and artistic director of the Institute for Living Voice (ILV), a workshop centre hosting Master Singers from around the world. Hans Peter Kuhn is a sound artist and composer. He was born in Kiel, Germany and now lives and works in Berlin. In 1975 he started his professionell career at the Schaubuehne am Halleschen Ufer in Berlin (now Schaubuehne am Lehniner Platz) working as a sound engineer on the productions of Peter Stein, Klaus-Michael Grueber, Luc Bondy and others. Since 1978 he has collaborated on about 30 productions with Robert Wilson including only theatre pieces, videos and installations. Together with Wilson he was awarded the prestigious "Golden Lion" award at the Venice Biennale in 1993 for the installation "Memory/Loss". Junko Wada studied dance and art in Tokyo and graduated from the Image Forum Institute of Moving Image in 1996. Her dance and performance projects are shown internationally.
