Throughout: Pitch pine stage boards laid over a (lightly) sprung basket weave under construction
Load-bearing capacity: 500 kg / sqm.
The floor can be drilled/pierced.
The floor is of soft wood therefore all loads must be well distributed and moved on wide pliable rollers. (e.g. A grand piano cannot stand on steel rollers).
Heavy loads must to be approved in advance.
The floor colour is middle to dark brown wood tone

Fire regulations
The theatre is classified under NRW public assembly regulations (VstättV) as an open performance space. Please note: In deviation to VstättV regulations, stage materials must meet German B1 fireproof standards. Any materials that can be set alight by a naked flame do not conform to B1 standards and must be treated with "Flammex" or an equivalent flame retardant substance. B1 standards must be observed at all times and, if necessary, guest companies must supply proof that their materials meet the required standards.

The stage has a gradient of 1%!
The stage walls are off-white in colour and can be masked with black drapes Air conditioning units mounted on the sidewalls extend 1,50 m into the stage space on both sides. The distance between the opposing units is 13m

Unusual features
Air conditioning pipe units with a diameter of 60cm are mounted at a height of 4m on both lengthways walls. The distance between the opposing pipes is 13m.
The walls are off-white in colour.

Set transportation / deliveries
Deliveries are made at ground level and lorries must be equipped with a ramp or hydraulic lifting platform for loading and unloading. If this is not the case, please notify us in good time!
