Even before she became interested in dance, Lara was fascinated by Yoga and now has a wealth of experience in many different styles. In 2005, she received her Yoga-teacher Certification from Yoga Alliance in Yogaveda Berlin.
She is currently studying Laban- Bartenieff movement studies while deepening her understanding of Yoga by practicing the Kashmir Shivaism Path with Daniel Odier.
Having studied at the Folkwang Hochschule Essen, Lara has worked as a dancer for various choreographers and companies in Germany and abroad. Alongside her work as a dancer, she teaches contemporary dance and improvisation at, at amongst others, Etage Berlin, UdK.Schauspiel Berlin, Tanzzeit Berlin.
